I’m a highly accomplished UX researcher with a diverse background in research, design, and leadership.
I’m the Lead UX Researcher at The Predictive Index, where I oversee both research and research operations. I plan, conduct, and synthesize strategic UX research projects that provide critical insights for stakeholders across the organization.
Before joining The Predictive Index, I honed my skills through a variety of roles in UX research and design. At the UX consultancy Center Centre, I led research efforts during team projects, ensuring multiple rounds of thorough research and synthesis per project. Additionally, I managed several teams of early career UX design and web development professionals. Prior to my work at Center Centre, I introduced a UX design and research practice at AWeber. I was also a senior UX designer and researcher at Happy Cog, a pioneering design agency.
I’m deeply committed to the UX community. I’ve spoken internationally at conferences like SXSW, Midwest UX, and UX Cambridge (UK). I’ve appeared on numerous UX design podcasts. I also published dozens of articles for UX designers. To support local UX efforts, I’ve founded and led multiple UX communities in cities across the United States.
